Gong experience or Sound Bath meditation is a wonderful way to encourage deep rest and relaxation of mind & body, while listening to the sounds of the sound therapy instruments currently on display played live in the room. This deep rest will also encourage the self-healing which naturally occurs while we are asleep and sufficiently hydrated. There will be no sound therapy instruments placed on the body during the meditation.
